There has been a large number of hits for the page on the history of the EMI Factory at Homebush, probably because there is a development proposal lodged under section 3A to the Department of Planning to demolish the site and redevelop the land located at Parramatta Road and Columbia Lane.
The proposal will involve demolition of the buildings, including the old EMI factory, with a plan to erect buildings of up to 21 stories!
