Arthur Conlin was first elected to Homebush Council in 1928.
He served on Homebush Council as an Alderman in the years 1928-1930, 1932-1934, 1934-1937, 1937-1939, 1939-1941, 1941-1944, 1944-1947.
He was elected Mayor of Homebush in the years of 1932-1933.
