Albert Mason was first elected to Homebush Council in 1920.
He served on Homebush Council as an Alderman in the years 1920-1922, 1922-1925, 1925-1928, 1928-1930, 1932-1934, 1934-1937, 1937-1941.
Albert Mason was elected Mayor of Homebush in the years of 1923-1924, 1925-1926, 1936-1937.
He also served as Deputy Mayor in 1928.
