Jean Farncomb – Mrs Farncomb was the daughter of Edward Lloyd Jones, former Chairman of David Jones and sister of Sir Charles Lloyd Jones. She was born in Strathfield and spent in her early life in the district. This recollection is dated 1983.
Vic Keary’s Recollections – Vic Keary was the owner of Keary’s Corner, a local milk bar at Strathfield. He was a life-long resident of Strathfield.
