Interesting – I knew the theatre as Homebush Ice Rink where I learnt to ice-skate. I hadn’t realised it was the picture theatre prior to this – thank you.

I vividly remember ice skating at the Homebush theatre in the early 60s…in between its stint as a cinema & then a theatre restaurant…& buying fish & chips across from the Horse & Jockey Hotel, on the way to the railway station.
