The new book ‘Pictorial History of the Strathfield District’ is available to buy from Strathfield Library, 65-67 Rochester Street Homebush and the Strathfield Council Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield. The Library and Council’s Customer Service Centre accepts card payments only.
The book is $30 and was written by Jenny MacRitchie, Council’s Local Studies Advisor and myself. The book is 270 pages and presents history through a wide range of images supported by 45,000 words of text.
