This site is now the Seminary of the Good Shepherd, a training college for Catholic Priests. Former occupants including Francis Stenz, a builder, who resided at ‘Curraweena’ in the 1930s.

I know my relatives lived in Curraweena, part of the Wood Coffills, my father is a Coffill and is still alive to tell us all the info, he now lives in Rhodes.
